Racing
Racing is a big part of Tyler Yacht Club. Our races are a friendly competition with local handicaps in our series races that give any regular racer a shot at a win. We race year-round on Sundays at 2:00pm except under the following conditions: holiday weekends, fewer than 3 boat intending to race, race-time forecast, wind advisory, likely chance of thunderstorms, temperature above 100F or below 40F, or winds less than 6 mph. If a race is cancelled, it will be posted on the TYC website by 10AM Sunday morning. We'd love to have you join the fun!
